1 unbaked pie shell
2 Eggs
1 can Pumpkin
¾ c. Granulated Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
½ tsp. ground Ginger
¼ tsp. ground Cloves
1 can Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425º. Reduce temperature to 350º; bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack. Top with whipped cream.
