5 c. Self-Rising Flour
¼ c. Granulated Sugar
¾ c. Shortening
1 pkg. Yeast, dissolved in 2 tbsp. warm water
2 c. Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, add sugar, cut in shortening, add yeast, add buttermilk.
Knead and place in refrigerator.
Make out as biscuit and do not allow to rise before baking. Bake at 400-425º for 15 minutes or until brown.
