½ C butter 3 C flour
¾ C sugar 2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs ½ tsp baking soda
1 C sour cream 1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter then add sugar and cream again. Beat eggs in 1 at a time, then add the sour
cream. Sift flour with baking powder, soda, and salt. Add this to the first mixture and mix
thoroughly. Roll out dough and cut into strips 9” long and carefully tie each strip. Bake in a 400-
degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
