2 medium zucchini, chopped
1 medium onion, 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon of basil dried or 2 tablespoons of fresh
1/3 cup of butter
1/3 cup of flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
3 cups of water
3 teaspoons of chicken broth
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 package of frozen corn
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoons sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sautéed zucchini, onion, parsley, basil, and butter until soft. Add the flower, the salt, the pepper, water, bullion, lemon juice, diced tomatoes, milk, corn bring to a boil. Before serving at the cheeses and sugar.
