1 chopped onion
1 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (or shredded hash browns 30oz)
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
3 cups cheddar/valveta cheese
1 pint sour cream
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
1~2 small cans Green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter and milk to make a basic white sauce. As sauce thickens add cheese and sour cream and stir. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Then uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.

May use large bag or frozen diced potatoes. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
