3~4 pounds beef brisket
2 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon celery, salt
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 tablespoon green pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3~5 tablespoons white wine

Place me in large sheet of heavy foil. Pour marinate over and leave overnight in foil. Roast 300° for five hours. Cool and foil and refer.
