1 pound sausage
1 30oz package frozen hash brown potatoes
1½ cups shredded cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
½ black pepper
½ onion powder
½ garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
in a large skillet, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Spread the frozen hash browns evenly in the bottom of the greased baking dish. Top with the cooked sausage, then sprinkle both the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the sausage.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture evenly over the sausage and cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
