One stick of butter
Eight slices of rye bread
24 ounces of sauerkraut drained
12 ounces of corned beef cut in pieces
2 cups of Swiss cheese shredded
One cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup thousand island dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Teaspoon teaspoons of Dijon mustard
Caraway seeds to taste

Melt butter in a large 13 x 9 baking dish. Add bread slices and turn so that both sides will be buttered. In this order layer, sauerkraut corn, beef and cheese. Combine dressing mayonnaise and mustard spread on top. Bake at 350° for one hour.
