1 pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns
8 eggs
¼ milk
½ tsp. onion powder
Salt
Pepper
1 lb. hamburger or sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Put hashbrowns in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Mix eggs with milk in bowl. Add onion powder, and cheese of choice. Brown hamburger or sausage; put on top of eggs. Cover with cream of mushroom soup, or mix with meat. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 35 - 40 minutes at 350º
