1½ lbs. ground ham and 1½ lbs. ground lean pork (or ham loaf mixture)
2 eggs
2 c. bread crumbs (very dried bread rolled with rolling pin)
1 c. milk

Sauce:
½ c. vinegar
1½ c. brown sugar
dash of salt
½ water
1 tsp. yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham ball ingredients and shape into balls. Place in baking dish, 1 layer deep. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over ham balls. Bake 1 hour in 350º oven. Turn occasionally while baking.
