2 - 3 Lb Flank Steak

Marinade
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp Oregano
2 Garlic Cloves pressed or finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the Marinade and pour over the steak in a gallon sizes bag or container. Turn steak over every so often, the longer you let it marinate the better.

Grill on a very hot grill for 6 minutes on each side. Slice thin against the grain.
