3 pounds ground beef 80/20
1½ cups breadcrumbs
1 cup grated onions
2 packages meatloaf seasoning
1½ cups milk
3 eggs
4 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup ketchup
4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Sauce
Mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar together in a small bowl and set aside.

Meatloaf
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and onions in a large bowl. mix thoroughly. Add meat and work in the mixture by hand.
Cover the bottom of the baking dish with about ½ the sauce, add meatloaf pressing to form into shape of pan.
Top meatloaf with remaining sauce.
Place meatloaf in oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature exceeds 160 degrees. Check for doneness, may take longer.
