1 box of Yellow or White Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 15 oz. can Mandarin Oranges
1 cup Vegetable Oil

12 oz. of Cool Whip
1 20 oz. can Crushed Pineapple
1 3.4 oz. box of Vanilla Pudding Mix

Candied orange slices - optional

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, with a hand mixer or whisk, mix together the yellow or white cake mix, the can of mandarin oranges with the liquid. Add the eggs and the vegetable oil. Mix well. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake for 40 minutes on the middle oven rack. Do not over bake. Allow the cake to cool completely.

Combine the cool whip, crushed pineapple with the liquid, and vanilla pudding mix. Fold the mixture gently. Spread over the cooled cake.

Decorate with candied orange slices, real orange slices or leave it plain.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
