Dough:
1 1/2 cup butter
3 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 1/2 cup oatmeal

Fudge:
1 12oz pkg chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbls butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, soda and salt. Stir in rolled oats. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and set aside.

In a microwave melt together the fudge ingredients.

Spread dough over the bottom of a cookie sheet leaving a little for the topping. Next pour the fudge over the cookie dough. Sprinkle or Place chunks of the remaining dough over the top of the fudge.

Bake 375º for 20 minutes
