1 cup of water
1 small box of Strawberry Jello
1 small box of Raspberry Jello
1 small box of Cherry Jello
1 can Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1 can Beets
1 small can of crushed pineapple
1/3 cup Sweet Pickle Relish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil the 1 cup of water.
2. Julienne the beets, set aside. Save the juice.
3. Add all 3 packets of Jello to the water once it boils. Stir until dissolved. Pour into a serving dish.
4. Combine the cranberry sauce, beets with juice, crushed pineapple, and sweet pickle relish. Stir well.
5. Cover and chill overnight.

We call this recipe Cousin Steven’s Famous Cranberry Relish. He has been passed away for quite a few years and this is how I keep him close to my heart and let him know I am thinking about him.
