1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 8oz PKG Cream Cheese
2 (12.5 oz) cans chicken, drained (or equivalent chopped chicken or turkey)
1/2 C Chopped celery
1/2 C chopped green onion
1/2 C chopped water chestnuts
1/2 c chopped olives
1/4 c mayonnaise

in a large saucepan, heat cream of chicken soup and cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve warm or cold, with crackers
