5 ib. pork loin roast
1 large onion- cut into large chunks
2 cloves minced garlic
1 bag mini carrots
4 stalk celery- cut in 1/2
1 each Kroger size box of fresh thyme, sage & tarragon- wrapped in cheesecloth
2 c white wine
1 can chicken stock
S&P
Sweet Hungarian paprika

Serve with
mashed potatoes
sauerkraut

Directions:
In a Dutch Oven, sprinkle roast with S&P & sweet paprika. Add all additional ingredients. Cook 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Check near end of cooking time, if veggies have absorbed too much of the liquid, add more wine

Serve over mashed potatoes & sauerkraut
