2 quarts. Apple Cider
1 quart. Orange Juice
1/4 Honey
1/4 c Lemon Juice
1/4 c Mulled Cider Spices- cinnamon sticks, whole nutmeg, cloves, allspice berries & star anise pods

Combine liquids in a saucepan. Wrap the spices in cheesecloth & simmer for at least 1 hour until spices flavor the cider
