1 large pork butt
½ c strong black coffee
Seasoned Salt
Pepper
Parsley Flakes
Red Pepper Flakes
Paprika
Bay Leaf
BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork butt in slow cooker with the fat side up. Score the fat. Sprinkle liberally with the seeasonings and add the bay leaf. Pour the coffee around the bottom of the roast.

Turn crock pot on low and let cook for 8 hours, or overnight. Pull roast from crockpot and place on platter or cutting board. Roast may be shredded or chopped.

Serve on buns with BBQ Sauce on the side.
