1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, thighs, or chicken breast, cut into thin strips
2 cans great Northern beans, undrained
1 medium onion, finally chopped
1 clove, garlic, finally chopped
2 tsp. Dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
5 cups water
1 tsp. Ground cumin
¼ tsp. Red pepper sauce (optional)
1 can (4½ oz..) chopped green chilies, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, beans, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, soup, and water in 3½ to 4 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Just before serving, stir in cumin, Pepper sauce and chives. Serve with Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream.
