2 lbs. yellow squash, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 Tbs butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Use 9x13 baking dish.

In large skillet, melt 2 Tbs butter over medium heat. Add squash and onion and cook until tender.

In large mixing bowl, combine cooked squash and onion with all other ingredients (except last 2 items). Mix well. Spread evenly into the baking dish.

Mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly of top of the casserole.

Baked, uncovered 25-30 minutes.
