5 lbs of red potatoes, diced & cooked
1 lg onion,chopped
14 hard boiled eggs
1 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups miracle whip
2 T white vinegar
S&P to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook diced potatoes.chop up hard boiled eggs, chop up onion…stir together. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl then add to potato mixture.
I prefer red potatoes, but can use what you like.

Again, not a Thompson fav, but a good potato salad for a gathering. My son,Rick, cooks a whole hog around the 4th of July and requests this every time. It disappears
Quick. Cindy beat me to the date pudding recipe! It was always at the Thompson Thanksgiving dinners. we now have it at ours.SO GOOD!
