Carrot Cake


Ingredients:

2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp ground cinamon
1 1/4 c vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
3 c grated carrots
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour 2 nine inch round cake pans
Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt
Whisk oil sugar and vanilla
Mix together
Blend in one egg at a time until blended
Fold in carrots snd walnuts
Pour mix into the 2 prepatrf cake pans
Bake at 350 35 to 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
