1 can (16 oz.) hot chili beans, undrained
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14½ oz.) Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 c. frozen corn
½ c. chunky salsa
½ c. coarsely chopped green pepper
½ c. coarsely chopped sweet red pepper
1 onion, chopped
1½ tsp. ground cumin
1½ tsp. chili powder

Serve with
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese

  • Drain beans

  • Add ingredients to slow cooker

  • Cook on low for three hours
