4 C flour
1 C sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 C Raisins
1/4 C Butter
1 pt Sour Cream
2 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Cut the butter into the dry ingredients using a pastry blender or fork.

Add Raisins to the bowl and combine.

Combine the Sour Cream with the eggs in a separate bowl and then add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Drop onto your Baking sheet and bake in 400 degree oven, bake 12 or more minutes and remove to a cooling rack.

I use parchment paper on my baking sheets for clean up.
