1 (5-10 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
1.5 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter (plus some to grease pan)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg, semi-sweet chocolate morsels (chips)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

Grease an 8-inch square pan with butter.

Mix marshmallow fluff, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a saucepan and bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring CONSTANTLY. Boil for 5 minutes!

Remove from heat and mix in chocolate morsels, stirring until well blended.

Add vanila and nuts. Blend well.

Pour into the buttered square pan. Chill untill firm.

Cut into small squares when firm and ready to serve!

These fudge squares are so easy to make, and taste DELICIOUS! They are the BEST!

This recipe is the only holiday candy I have made for the past 28 years, since it was given to me by Jean Titch, one of my lovely front office staffers at Tomahawk Elementary School in Phoenix, where I was principal. She made it every holiday and finally divulged her 'secret' family recipe to me!
