8 chicken breasts
chicken broth
4 celery stalks
1 large onion
1 pkg. (12oz.) wide egg noodles
Better than bouillon Chicken flavor
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
(1.) Rinse chicken breasts under water then put in pot and cover with chicken broth.

(2.) Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour. Scum when needed. After 1 hour remove skin and de-bone. Cut cooked chicken into bite size pieces and set aside till vegetables are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.

(3.). While broth is simmering , wash and chop celery and onion. After chicken has simmered 1 hour add celery and onion to pot. Simmer additional 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Add boullion if needed. After vegetables are cooked put chicken back into the pot.

(4.) Add noodles and cook till tender. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
