4 Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 c breadcrumbs
2 t garlic powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Butter

For Garlic Sauce:
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 c heavy Cream
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 400ºF. Mix Parm. cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Dip each breast in the mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
In an oven safe skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sear breasts 3 - 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes until chicken is soaked.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and Saute for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, broth and Parm. cheese.
Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over chicken and top with parsley.
