1 lb. Penne
2 c shredded cooked chicken
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 c heavy cream
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Cook penne according to package instructions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauteing until translucent. Reduce heat to low, add cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Gradually pour in broth and cream, stirring continuously until the sauce is well combined. Add shredded chicken, half of the cooked bacon and shredded cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and well mixed.
Combine the cooked penne with chicken mixture, mixing thoroughly. Garnish with remaining bacon and fresh parsley. Serve.
