1½ lbs fillets (crappie, bluegill, bass, etc)
¼ c butter or oleo, melted
¼ c lemon juice
1 tbs finely chopped onion
¼ c fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place fillets on a broiler rack. Combine all other ingredients and stir well. Spoon half the mixture over fillets and broil 4 to 6 minutes 4 inches from the heat. Turn fillets over and spoon the remaining sauce over them. Broil an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until flaky.
