Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:  
3 c cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ c milk
½ c butter or oleo, softened

Combine in bowl till smooth; pour into 13x9" pan.

Topping:
1c firmly packed brown sugar
⅓ c flour
⅓ c oleo
1 c finely chopped pecans

Combine and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350º 45 minutes till browned and bubbly.
