4 med potatoes...Wash and pierce with a fork. Place on paper towel in microwave.
Microwave10 to 12 minutes until tender. Remove and cool. Peel
slice.

6 strips bacon ....In 2 t casserole, cut bacon in small pieces. Cover with paper towel
and microwave on high for 6 minutes till criisp. Remove with slotted
spoon and set aside.

2 tbs flour .........Stir flour, sugar and seasonings into bacon grease till smooth.
¼ c sugar Microwave 1 to 2 minutes till bubbly.
1½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
½ tsp celery seed

1 c water ..........Add water and vinegar. Microwave on high 4 minutes till mixture
½ c vinegar boils and thickens. Remove and stir smooth. Add Potatoes and
bacon; stir gently so potatoes hold their shape. Cover; let stand
till ready to serve.
