1 lb fresh broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1 lb fresh cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
2 bunches green onion, sliced
1 10 oz pkg frozen peas
1 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
dash pepper
1 c shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place broccoli, cauliflower nd 1 c peas in large bowl, reserving remaining peas for garnish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Chill 3 to 4 hours or over night. Serve in lettuce lined bowl. Sprinkle with reserved peas. 1 c shredded cheddar cheese may also be added.
