1 lb boneless skinless chicken (breast cut into strips)
3/4 cup miracle whip light
3 cup vegetables (fresh mixed, 16 ounces thawed frozen mixed)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in salad dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat for 3 minutes.

2. Add vegetables, soy sauce, and garlic powder.

3. Stir and cook 5 more minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over rice.
