1 pound lean ground beef, cooked, and drained
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 tsp. Ground cumin
2 tsp. Dried oregano
3/4 tsp. Garlic powder
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 ½ c. Water
2½ c. Picaresque sauce or salsa
2 c. Sour cream
2 Green onions, chopped
1 (2.2 oz) hand, sliced, black olives, drained
1 c. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Combine cooked beef, refried beans, cumin, oregano, and garlic powder. Place for uncooked noodles in the bottom of a prepared pan. Spread half the beef mixture over the noodles. Top with four more noodles and the remaining beef mixture. Top with remaining noodles. Combined picante, or salsa and water. Pour overall. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 to 1½ hours or until noodles are tender. Combine sour cream, green onions, and olives. Spoon over casserole. Top with cheese. Return to oven, uncovered, until cheese is melted, about five minutes.
