Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 cups basil, packed 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 T pine nuts, toasted 2 garlic cloves 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup parmesan 2 T pecorino romano 3 T soft butter 1 pound pasta

Directions:	Directions: Pulse first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Empty into a bowl and mix in cheeses and butter. Toss pasta with half of pesto, then serve remaining pasta on the side. Otherwise, toss pasta with all the pesto. To freeze: spread pesto onto parchment paper inside a baking dish. Freeze. Remove from freezer and cut into squares. Put into freezer bag and put back in freezer to use another time. Spread some over salmon and bake. Serve the pesto with par boiled green beans. Mix in some cherry tomatoes and add some small balls of fresh mozzarella packaged in water. Place some pesto under skin of chicken thighs or chicken breasts before baking.
