2 bone in, skin on chicken breasts cut in 1/2
4 bone in, skin on chicken thighs
4 chicken legs
Or my preference of just chicken thighs!
1 cup seasoned Bisquick (paprika, salt and pepper)
4 T butter
4 T Crisco shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Put butter and shortening in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place in oven to melt. Place seasoned Bisquick in a large bowl. Wash and pat dry chicken and dust each piece with dry mix. Add chicken to pan skin side down. Place in oven and bake 35 minutes. Turn and bake 10 minutes more.
