2-3 Pork chops
2 T soy sauce
2 T vinegar
2 T sugar
1 clove garlic
1 small onion
1 can tomatoes -reserve a small amount of the liquid
1 can cannellini beans-reserve a small amount of the liquid
Crushed red pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate pork chops with soy sauce, vinegar, & sugar, then place in a plastic bag at least 3 hours or overnight.
In a frypan sauté onions & garlic until soft the add tomatoes, beans, & a bit of the reserved liquid.
Cover and simmer.
Drain pork chops, pat dry, & fry while frying spoon sauce over pork, add a pat of butter for flavor then add remaining sauce to pork chops and continue cooking until done.
