1 bag dry rotini pasta, boiled as per the instructions on the bag
salt, 1-2 teaspoons
pepper, 1 teaspoon
grape tomatoes, cut in half
fresh mozzarella pearls
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
10 fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
20 thick cut pieces of salami, cut into smaller pieces
1 Tablespoon dry Italian seasoning
Balsamic reduction glaze

1. Boil pasta following directions on the bag. Drain and set aside
2. Cut the grape tomatoes in 1/2, place in large bowl.
3. Mix the balsamic vinegar and olive oil with a whisk until thoroughly mixed.
4. Add the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the vinegar and oil and whisk more.
5. Once the pasta is cooled, add it to the large bowl with the tomatoes.
6. Add the vinegar and oil mixture to the large bowl and mix everything.
7. Taste and adjust the salt, pepper and dressing.
8. Add the cut up pieces of salami and mix lightly.
9. Sprinkle the thin sliced basil leaves on top or mix into the entire contents.
10. Place a thin zig zag of balsamic glaze on top after everything is mixed.
11. Refrigerate for at least one hour and then serve.

For vegetarian option: instead of salami, use sun-dried tomatoes cut into thin strips

For a regular Italian Pasta Salad (Instead of Caprese) Instead of Balsamic and Olive Oil, use the Good Seasons Italian Dressing, made with regular vinegar and oil.
Cut yellow and red bell peppers into small pieces and add to the pasta. Add pimento stuffed small olives.
