1 1/2 T dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1 T brown sugar
4 1/2 tsp salt
4 1/2- 5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together; dough should be soft.
Let rise 1 hour
Cut in half and roll into a tight roll.
Shape into 12 x 8 inch loaves
Place on a greased cookie sheet
Let rise again
Score the dough and brush with egg wash
Bake 375º 35-40 minutes
