1 1/2 c. Shortening
3 1/3 c. Sugar
4 eggs
2. C cottage cheese
1 tsp.Salt
4tsp. Vanilla.
5 1/2 c. Flour
1c. Cocoa.
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Nuts
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream Together: Shortening, sugar, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and vanilla.
2. Sift Together: flour, cocoa powder, and baking sod
3. Add to cream mixture.
4. Mix in 1c. Nuts
5. Chill 1hour
6. Roll in Small Balls, Roll in Powdered Sugar,
7. Baker 375 degrees for 11-15 minutes.
