About 40 ears of Corn
1 lb Butter
1 pint Half and Half
Salt (to your liking)

Directions:

Heat oven to 350
Cut corn off of cob.
Add all ingredients to a large roasting pan and mix.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool slightly and disperse evenly into freezer safe containers for easy side dishes later.

This is a great recipe to use up all that garden fresh corn or if you hit up a great sale on corn.
I like to freeze mine in freezer safe ziplock baggies. Freeze them flat. They stack nicely.
I usually decide 5 min before dinner is ready that a side of corn would go great with dinner. I’ll run the baggie under warm water for just a min and it thaws enough to throw in a pan and heat up quickly!
