1 Lb. Butter
4 Cups Sugar
6 Eggs, Separate 2 eggs (set egg whites aside, add yolks to rest of eggs)
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
6-7 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter together. Add vanilla and eggs (save 2 egg whites for top of cookies.) Add baking soda and flour and mix with your hands. Separate the mixture into 6 balls. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. Next day, roll out on floured table until thin, cut out with cookie cutters. Place on a cookie sheet, brush with egg whites. Bake at 350º until light golden brown.
