2 cup flour
2 cup cornmeal
2T sugar
4 teaspoon baking power
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup milk
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put 2 T butter in a large cast iron skillet.
2. Melt and coat bottom and edges.
3. Mix flour with cornmeal, salt, sugar, baking power, milk and battened eggs.
4. Put into skillet and bake at 425 for 25 min or until starting to brown

Options: add small can of green chilies and 1 c shredded cheddar cheese or just the cheese
