2 T. butter
3 T. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
dash Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. cheese, diced or shredded
1 t. salt
1 T. lemon juice
1/8 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir until blended, then add milk and seasonings. When thickened, add cheese and remaining seasonings. 

Serve with cubes of soft pretzels or sourdough bread or rye, crusty bread, etc.
