1 1/2 c. chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch chunks
MARINADE: (for 2 hours)
1 c. plain yogurt
2 t. garlic cloves, minced
2 t. group cumin
1 t. salt
1 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. black pepper
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. garam masala
1/2 t. ground ginger

Grill or broil meat 5 min per side.

Fry in pan:
2 T. butter
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 t. red pepper
2 t. ground coriander
2 t. ground cumin
1 t. paprika
1 t. garam masala
1/2 t. salt
14 oz. tomato sauce
2 T. tomato paste
1 1/2 to 2 c. heavy cream

1/4 c. chopped cilantro, for garnish

Directions:
Toast garlic and spices in butter for 2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
Add tomato products and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add chicken and cream and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
