1 Large bag of frozen sliced carrots (Let thaw completely and remove any water)
1/2 cup chopped onion sautéed in one stick butter or oleo until tender
1 cup chopped Velvetta cheese
5 or 6 slices of bread, one stick of butter or oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix carrots,onions w/ butter, cheese together and put in a greased casserole dish.
Cube bread slices and put on top of casserole, melt 1 stick of butter and pour over bread crumbs.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly

I received this recipe from my Mom, Donna Markley but I think she got it from my Grandma, Shirlee Barrett.
This recipe is a favorite at Thanksgiving!
