Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 envelope of taco seasoning
• 1 cups water add more for desired consistency.
• 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 16 oz can mild chili kidney beans undrained
• 15.25 oz can whole kernel corn mdrained
• 15 oz can pinto beans rinsed and drained
• 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
• 10 oz can Original Ro-tel (diced tomato with green chilies)
• 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. In your soup pot cook the ground beef and chopped onion until no longer pink. Drain
2. Stir in taco seasoning.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Bring soup to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer.
5. Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
6. Serve with suggested garnishes listed above
