Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
3 medium red bell peppers
4-5 jalapenos, seeded
1 teaspoon butter
One 1.75 ounce package powdered pectin
2 cups white vinegar
6 cups granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop fresh cranberries, bell peppers, and jalapenos (I use a food processor). Combine berries and peppers with pectin, vinegar, and butter in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Add the sugar and continue cooking until the mixture reaches a rolling boil (a boil that can't be stirred down). Cook for one minute at a rolling boil. Remove from heat.

Ladle jam into clean jars leaving 1/2" headspace. Wipe rims clean. Place lids and rings on jars and tighten.

Place jars in water bath and process at a boil for 10 minutes. Remove jars from water bath and allow to cool. Jars should seal but if they don't place in refrigerator and use within a month.
