3 tsp lemon pepper
3 tsp ground cumin
12 - ½ chicken breasts (6-8 oz each)
3 - 12 cloves (6)
3 medium onions, chopped
6 - 8 oz white shoe peg corn, drained
6 - 4 oz chopped green chilis, not drained
6 - 9 tbsp lime juice
6 - 14 oz northern beans, undrained (or white beans)
7½ cups water
Monterey Jack cheese and chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the pepper and cumin.
Add the chicken and cook for 20 minutes, then remove from water.
Cook the garlic and onion on medium heat.
Return the chicken to the water and add the onion.
Add lime juice.
Add beans and all other ingredients.

Serve with Monterey Jack cheese and chips
